In an article in Gazeta Mercantil, the Sabiá Residencial was described as "A property developer inspired by the Google model", due to our management style and to our fast growth operation.
The Sabiá was founded by TK Partners, a holding company, and in October 2007 received an investment from the private equity fund Emerging Capital. Sabiá Residencial co-develop with companies such as Banco Votorantim, the construction conglomerate Queiroz Galvão and the real estate investment fund Vision Brazil Investments.
